TERMS.
The short version: the price you approved is the price on the invoice. The rest is detail.
THE QUOTE IS THE PRICE
The fixed price we send you in writing is the price on the invoice. If we find something we could not see, we stop and you approve the change in writing before we carry on.
CALL-OUT AND EMERGENCY
There is no call-out fee. Between 22:00 and 07:00, and on Sundays, the fixed price is +50 %. You are told that on the phone, before anyone drives.
PAYMENT
Card or bank transfer. Households pay on completion, companies within 14 days. Parts are itemised on the quote and approved by you first.
GUARANTEE
Twelve months on parts and labour from the date on the invoice. If something we did fails, call us and we come back at no cost.
CANCELLATION
Cancel free until the evening before. If the crew is already at your door, the first hour is charged.
COMPLAINTS
