Marek Dvořák started with a used Transit and a pager. Twelve years later the pager is a dispatch board, the Transit is a fleet of four, and the rule hasn’t changed: say the price first, then do the work.
Every tradesperson on the crew is licensed, background-checked and insured. If something we did fails within twelve months, we come back and fix it at no cost — it says so on every invoice.
