WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, address and whatever you told us about the job. That is what a tradesperson needs to arrive at the right door with the right parts.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to send a fixed price, to invoice, and to honour the twelve-month guarantee. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The dispatcher, the technician on your job, and our accountant. We do not sell your number and we do not pass it to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for one year. Invoices for ten years, because Czech tax law says so. After that they are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to quotes@trowel.cz and you get an answer within 30 days.
